Downloading Tools Task

I enjoyed this task since I had a bit of knowledge in downloading soft wares and it is exciting to use some new programmes as well.

Since I already have Acrobat reader and Windows Media Player I downloaded the following tow softwares to explore.

1.Copernic Search Manager:

As I previously stated I am a google user who just depends on google for every thing. I did not look beyond google for any of my search. Once in a while I used to do Yahoo search as well.

This is the first time I used this copernic search manager software and I was amazed. This is simply like a personal assistant or secretary who can do all the work for us by just sitting in my computer tool bar and help me to find things very easy. I should really appreciate the Copernic desktop search which even goes beyond the web and does the search in my hard drive for any files and folders my contacts and even shows the last few viewed web pages.

I don't think I'll ever get rid of this search manager who has become my part of web life within seconds of installation.

2. Bookmark Buddy for Windows:

This is another software program which is something new I tried and I liked it. As the name state it is a friendly Bookmark Buddy for windows. I viewed some of the already bookmarked pages which came with the software itself and I tried to add new pages into the Book mark and it worked well. I tried the Webct web site out of curiosity and it asked for user name and password when I tried to view again.

3. Java

I downloaded Java to see the animation and It was quite interesting to see the movement.
